Thanks, Molly, for this great idea. We're so often encouraged just to use our minds in preparing to connect with ideal clients. Completing the circle by also involving our bodies and spirits makes so much sense! Following your process gets it anchored into our body's muscle memory, too. Excellent!

Thanks for commenting, Janet. Tuning into body and spirit is so helpful, especially when we have tension or anxiety about getting clients.

This is excellent advice Molly, not something you'll often hear. While watching your video, I felt a shift of energy as I dropped my attention to my feet and breath. It instantly makes you feel grounded, and I think probably more authentic. I do tend to live in my head and in words, and coming from your "whole self" would be so much more compelling. Thank you.

k-e: I'm so glad that shifting your breath and attention provided that shift. For me, the body is a source of continual amazement and delight.

Wow- thanks for the post. It particularly struck me what you said about belly-to-belly. That's just wonderful. It often takes just a little bit of focus to achieve that, and the way I see it the process to reaching someone demands that you do basically these three things:
1. Deeply feel where you're coming from
2. Articulate yourself someone else
3. Get them to feel where you're coming from and make a lasting impact.

Hi Molly,

Sweet thoughtful presentation. Lovely voice. I think the "thing" we most need protection from is our own inner dismisssive sword that will interrupt our centered presence and cut our noble
efforts to get good clients and charge what we are
worth. I've often found "the enemy inside me" sabatoging my efforts seconds before a client has even opened their mouth.

I laughed when you talked about flying right out of my body and into the mind of the other person. I didn't realize that was what I was doing until you said it! I totally recognize myself in that observation!
It made me consider the beauty of curiousity and taking the time to ask questions, engaging and involving the other person in conversation. Instead of presuming to know, find out the real truth. This video really helps me to understand the purpose and gives me a place to start the dialogue. Thank you Molly for sharing your ever increasing wisdom in such a delightfully human way!
