Kitsap Coach Improvises Wisdom Across the Border

Molly Gordon, Life Coach and CEO of the Suquamish coaching company, Shaboom, Inc., was invited to lead an advance coaching skills workshop for the International Coach Federation Vancouver BC Chapter. The workshop, Improvising Wisdom, incorporates:

• Ways to work generatively when a client appears stuck.
• Simple practices for personal and professional development.
• Team building processes for coaches and managers.

Gordon, a certified personal coach, attributes her successful coaching practice to her diverse life and work experiences. "Coaching is not a theory for me, it's grown out of a life long study of what it takes to be truly happy and successful." Gordon's own pursuit of happiness has included managing an architectural firm, owning a fiber art studio, studying Improv and voice, traveling to Zurich to study Jungian psychology and to Chile to study coaching with The Newfield Network.
